Custom Forging requirements are our specialty. We are capable of producing almost any type of circular forging using our extensive inventory of carbon and alloy steels.

Through an aggressive acquisition program, McKees Rocks Forgings is increasing both our volume and tight tolerance machining capabilities to meet the ever changing market needs.
 

We are able to produce almost any closed-die circular forging to your custom blueprint specifications. We make forgings from 10 to 52 inches in diameter, and in weights up to 3,000 pounds in almost any steel grade.

Some of the custom forgings that we make are used as support rollers for mining shovels, wheels for retractable roof stadiums, dam gate rollers, wheels for missile launch service towers and rollers for astronomical and radar dishes.
